Special Note Regarding Shipping

Due to the complexity of shipping and delivering high-end furniture we will contact you after your purchase to discuss arrangements for the safe and secure delivery of your order. Shipping/Delivery cost will be a separate transaction.

We offer standard curbside delivery for some items. However, this service is not available with all items due to the high risk of freight damage with common freight carriers.

For larger furniture items we only ship/deliver via our White Glove/In-Home Delivery service. Over the years we have developed a network of third party individuals that are trustworthy, dependable and ensure safe delivery of your valuable new furniture pieces with blanket-wrap, in-home delivery. We feel this is of the utmost importance to protect the investment that you and your family have made in our custom furniture. White-Glove Delivery fees will depend on a variety of factors...such as your home’s geographical location, ease of access to your home, stairs/multi-level floors, and so on. Certain geographical areas may not be eligible for White-Glove Delivery service.
